Removing the keyboard

Prerequisites
1 Remove the base cover.
2 Remove the wireless card.
3 Follow the procedure from step 1 to step 3 in "Removing the hard drive".
4 Remove the solid-state drive.
5 Remove the rear-I/O cover.
6 Remove the computer base.
7 Remove the battery.
8 Remove the memory modules.
9 Follow the procedure from step 1 to step 17 in “Removing the system board”.
10 Remove the power-button board .
Procedure
1 Remove the 15 screws (M2x3) that secure the keyboard bracket to the palm-
rest assembly.
