Troubleshooting
Classic: No High Speed Convection Motor Operation(E03/E04)
Does the motor fan wheel spinfreely?
No
Remove the obstruction and/or replace the motor as needed.
Yes
Is the K50 high speed contactorbeing energized?
No
Determine which leg of power is missing and correct:
• A1 is L1 supplied from Control Board(CB) terminalX01
pin2.
• A2 is L2 supplied from terminalblockTB 27-19.
Yes
Is the K50 contactorclosing?
No
Replace the faulty contactor.
Yes
Is there line voltage across terminals 1/3/5 on the K50
contactor?
No
Test for blown F4/F6/F7 fuse(s) and/or repair the wiring issue
between fuses and K50.
Yes
Is there line voltage across terminals 2/4/6 on the K50
contactor?
No
Replace the faulty contactor.
Yes
Is there line voltage across the red/white/yellow wires at the
convection motor?
No
Repair the wiring issue between K50 and the convection
motor.
Yes
Is the motor running?
No
Replace the faulty motor and capacitors asapplicable.
Yes
The high speed motor is operating.
