14.8. Noise comes from condenser fan motor.
Noise comes
from condenser
fan motor.
Open the compressor area rear
cover ande check the Fan; replace
it if it is skewed and if there is a
risk of rubbing.
Fan motor's blade
may be skewed.
Place the fan motor to
the rubber wedges.
If the rpm value is
high, fan motor
operates with a
buzzing sound.
Replace the fan motor.
Fan motor rotation speed
(rpm value) will be
checked.
As the condenser fan motors
operate outdoors and absorb
the hot air, dirt will accumulate
around the shaft and the fan
may be choked and creaking
sound may be heard.
Fan motor is fixed onto the rubber
wedges. It might not have been fixed
properly.
Correct the position of
the cable.
Fan motor's cable
may be touching
the blade
