3.2 Refrigerant circuit
Driving module from unit electrical box will control the DC inverter
compressor operation, the compressor operation frequency range is
20~120Hz.
DC inverter
compressor exhaust
temperature sensor
Protect DC inverter compressor. Through check the DC inverter
compressor exhaust air temperature to control compressor speed and
bypass electromagnetic valve work.
Separate lubricating oil from compressor exhaust air. The lubricating oil
will remain in the separator bottom.
When the unit stop, avoid the exhaust air suck back to DC inverter
compressor
Filter lubricating oil impurities, avoid oil return capillary blocking.
Take the oil which deposited in the bottom of oil separator to DC inverter
compressor gas return pipe and control the oil return speed.

Gas bypass
electromagnetic valve
Balance high/low pressure; Start when the discharge temperature is too
high to reduce the temperature.
When the system pressure exceeds the setting value, the switch will stop
the unit to protect the system.
When the unit stops, avoid the other operating units’ high pressure gas
refrigerant suck back into the stop unit’s oil seprator
When the heating/cooling mode switch, change the refrigerant flow
direction.
Heat exchange, make the high temperaturerefrigerant (gas state) to low
temperature and liquid state in cooling mode.
Outdoor fan and fan

Force outdoor air blow to the condenser for heat exchange.
Defrost control

Control the defrosting mode.
Ambient temperature

Check the ambient temperature, control the outdoor fan speed and
determine when to defrostwith other temperature sensor.
Throttling in heating mode
Storage system’s overabundance refrigerant
Absorb light water in refrigerant, avoid impurites entering into outdoor unit
Total fluid pipe

Check the condenser middle position temperature, avoid the
condensertemperature overheat in cooling mode.
