12.10.1 General information
This product contains software components that are licensed by the holder of the rights under GNU
General Public License (GPL), GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) or any other Open Source
Software license, which requires a provided source code
The source code of these software components is not delivered together with this product. You
can obtain the source code for these software components on a physical medium (CD or DVD) by
submitting a written request to our Open Source Office address listed below or by sending an email
to ⮫ email>open.source@boschrexroth.de. When sending such a request, please name the relevant
product and its date of purchase.

We may charge you a fee (up to max. 20,- €) to cover the cost of the source code provision.
You may send your request (i) within three (3) years from the date you received the product that
includes the binary file that is subject of your request or (ii) in case of code licensed under the GPL v3
for as long as Bosch Rexroth offers spare parts or customer support for that product.

Error Troubleshooting actions
The engineering PC cannot reach the
control via the Ethernet interface “XF10”
• Check whether the device driver was correctly installed in
the “Device manager” of the system control.
•
Check whether the operating system assigned a valid
IP address and a subnet mask to the network adapter
(e.g. via the command "ipconfig"). If this is not the case,
configure the IP address and the subnet mask manually.
The customer may not repair the device. Exceptions are maintenance works listed in the
chapter “Maintenance”.
