1) Place the X-timing belt@ and timing pulley (B) @ on X-pulley base (R) 0. To attach timing pulley (B) @,
pass X-pulley shaft (R) 9 through the micro bearing 8 €), and attach the stop ring to the shaft. Check ·
the screw flat on X-pulley shaft (R) e and secure timing pulley (B)@ with the set screw.
NOTE: Put timing pulley (B)@) in the center of X-pulley base (R) 0 and secure it with the two set screws.
2) Place the X-timing belt @ and timing pulley (A) f) on X-pulley base (L) @. Pass X-pulley shaft (L) @
through the micro bearing 8 @,and attach them to the idle gear tiD by pressing the driving gear m on
the X-pulse motor.
Check the screw flat on X-pulley shaft (L) @ and adjust X-pulley shaft (L) @ so that there is no end play in
· the shaft, then secure the idle gear® and timing pulley (A) f) with the set screws.
NOTE: Provide a 1.5 mm gap between timing pulley (A) f) and X-pulley base (L) @ and secure timing pulley
(A) f) with two set screws.
