similar manual lenses, when exposure measure-

is performed with a stopped-down

Manual Aperture Control "M" Signal

When the aperture ring is not set at the
1 I 1 "A mark, you cannot get the wrrect ex-
posure in AE photography. When the aperture
ring
is set at any posltlon other than the "A"
mark, the manual aperture control "M" s~gnal
will blink as a warnlng. Also, when Canon FL
lenses, Bellows or the
l~ke are used, this
warning signal flashes on and off when ex-
posure measurement is performed.
