3.3 Adjustment / Settings

Print head manual cleaning - Cleaning both black and color:

Print head alignment 1. Perform the print head alignment printing
from the printer driver utility.
2. According to the printout, set the optimum
values.
Print head replacement 1. Open the print head cover. (The carriage
will move to the ink tank replacement
position.)
2. Press and hold the Resume/Cancel button
for 2 seconds or longer. (The carriage will
move to the print head replacement
position.)
3. Replace the print head.
<Standalone printer operation>
1) Turn on the printer.
2) Press and hold the Resume/Cancel button until the LED blinks the specified number of times listed in
the table below, and release it. The operation starts.
