To input tax amount manually
Instead of set rate, you can enter a tax amount manually if : is programmed
as Manual Tax key. See “To set a rounding calculation method and discount/
premium settings on the percent key” on page E-41 for the setting.

Dept. 1 is programmed as non-taxable
but changing to add $0.10 tax tempo-
rarily.
