Automatic Temperature Control
(If Equipped)
The Air conditioning and heating sys-
tem allows you to select the following:
• Blower motor speed (controls eight
speeds)
• Inside temperature (18°C - 32°C)
• Discharge air direction (panel, bi-
level, floor, mix, defrost)
• A/C compressor operation (controls
ON/OFF function)
• Air inlet source (outside air/recircu-
lated air)
NOTE:
The automatic temperature
control system offers the ability to be
manually operated. The operator can
override the blower, the mode, or both.
Temperature Control Knob / Air
Conditioner Control Switch
Adjust the tempera-
ture of the climate
control system to
the desired tem-
perature by rotating
the temperature
control knob.
• Rotating the temperature control
knob clockwise – increases the tem-
perature from 18°C to 32°C.
• Rotating the temperature control
knob counterclockwise – decreases
the temperature from 32°C to 18°C.
The outside temperature is displayed
on the driver information center dis-
play. The recommended setting for
maximum comfort for the average per-
son is 22°C.
Press the air conditioner control
switch to turn on the air conditioner.
When the air conditioner is turned on,
cool dehumidified air will flow through
the outlets selected with the mode
control switch. An LED in the switch il-
luminates when the air conditioner
control switch is activated.
