About This Guide
Note For Cisco 2504 WLC, mobility configuration that is part of the WLAN configuration is not uploaded to
the config file.
Figure 1 shows a 2504 controller network topology and network connections, showing the medium
dependent interface (MDI) Ethernet cables required. The controller has an auto MDI feature, so you can
use straight-through or crossover cables.
