1.Removetheoilleveldipstickfromtheoilllertube,andwipeoiloffdipstick(1)(Figure37).Seefollowing

•Donotremovedipstickwhileengineisrunning.
2.Checkoilbyfullyinsertingthedipstickintotheoilllertube(2)andimmediatelyremovingit.
3.Iftheoillevelisatorbelowthelowlevelmarkonthedipstickgauge,addoiluntilthelevelisbetweenlow
andfulllevels(safelevel)(3).
4.Insertthedipstickintotheoilllertube.SeefollowingNOTE.
NOTE:Properlyrecycleordisposeofusedoilinaccordancewiththeenvironmentallawsandregulationsforyourarea.
Eventhoughthelowoilwarninglightonthedashshouldwarnyouifyouroilbecomeslow,engineoillevelshouldbe
checkedmonthly.Vehicleshouldbeonalevelsurfacewhencheckingoil.Donotoverllwithoil.
