Belt Replacement
Auger Belt
Toremoveandreplaceyoursnowthrower'saugerbelt,proceedasfollows:
I. Topreventspillage,removeallfuelfromtankbyrunningengineuntil it
stops.
2. Removetheplasticbeltcoveronthefrontof theenginebyremovingthetwo
self-tappingscrews.SeeFigure25.
3. Loosenandremovethetwo boltsandflat washerssecuringthebeltguide.

4. Rolltheaugerbeltoffthe enginepulley.SeeFigure27.
5. Carefullypivotthesnowthrowerupandforwardsothat it restsontheauger
housing.
6. Removetheframecoverfromtheundersideofthesnowthrowerby
removingself-tappingscrewswhichsecureit. SeeFigure28.
