• Loosen shoulder belts (15) by pressing the adjustment button
on central adjuster (18) and simultaneously pulling both
shoulder belts up.
• Undo the belt buckle (20) by pressing the red button firmly.
• The belt tongues (21) can be fixed sideward on the cover (22).
• Put your child into the car seat.
• Place shoulder belts (15) directly over your child’s shoulders.
• Place both belt tongues (21) together and lock them in place in
belt buckle (20) with an audible “CLICK”.
• Pull cautiously on central adjustment belt (23) in order to tighten
shoulder belts (15) until they fit your child’s body.
The shoulder belts are firmly attached to the headrest and must
not be adjusted separately.
NOTE! Ensure that the headrest is correctly locked in place
before using the car seat.
NOTE! Ensure that the car seat is free from toys and hard objects.
NOTE! Please always pull on shoulder belts (15) and not on belt
pads (19).
NOTE! Ensure that shoulder belts (15) are not twisted.
SECURING BY MEANS OF HARNESS SYSTEM
NOTE! For the car seat to offer optimum protection, shoulder
belts (15) should fit the body as closely as possible. Please
assure that the lap belts lie close to the hip and are appropriately
tight.
