Transmission/Crankshaft/Crank Case
Replacement
L. crank case
● Use special tools to remove the drive shaft
bearing.
Tools:Bearing remover set
Remover shaft
Remover head
● Remove the final shaft bearing and oil seal.
● Remove the countergear bearing.
● Apply clean engine oil to a new bearing, and
assemble it to the crank case.

● Install a new final shaft oil seal.

Crankshaft Assembly
● Apply clean engine oil to the new R. crankshaft
bearing, and press in the bearing into the R.
crank case.
