This section is an explanation of correct inspection
methods about the result of vehicle inspection, cleaning,
adjustment, replacement, etc. Please always refer to this
section when wanting to inspect or repair your vehicle.
① Clean dust and other foreign materials around
reserve tank to prevent foreign materials from
falling inside tank.
② Untie screws, oil cup cap, middle covering,
diaphragm plate.
③ Replenish the recommended brake fluid to the
upper level of reserve tank.
④ After replenishing brake fluid, at re-assembly, be
careful about being chewed to the assembly way of
diaphragm. And tighten cap by the screws
completely.

CAUTION
●
Always observe safety rules when performing
maintenance on the vehicle
●
Choose a flat ground and make sure the main
stand is in a secure down position
●
The maintenance shall be at (OFF) of main
switch lever.
●
Be careful about burnt because there happens heat
in muffler, engine when doing maintenance right
after engine stop.
●
After self maintenance, the waste
material(replaced parts, antifreeze, oils, etc) must
be packed in the specified container and entrusted
disposal to the authorized disposal company.
●
In case of wires, if do not use the designated
specification of them, the over current may
happen that cause melt the covering material then
happen fire at current short if there is inflammable
material.
●
At self maintenance, if the alien material may come
inside, because of engine stop and the over turn of
the vehicle, these may occur a serious damage.
●
At self maintenance, if being put hand or leg into
the wheel rolling, it may cause serious damage,
●
If the grease is stained with drive belt, because of
slippery, it may cause bad power operation and
make noise.
NOTE
●
At replenishing brake fluid, be remind of the
brake pad worn.
If the brake pad is seriously worn, the height
of reserve tank fluid may get lower.
