Check whether there is prominent crack
or damage around the tire.
Also, check whether nail, stone or alien
material stuck to the surface if tire.
Check whether there is abnormal
abrasion on the surface of tire.
Check by the wear indicator(slip line)
whether the home depth of tire is enough
or not.

ENGINE

Inspection of engine oil capacity
(※)

Checking the engine starting and abnormal sound(noise)
•
Inspection of cooling water capacity
At flat ground, do idling the engine for a
few minutes, erect the vehicle and stop
it, then check the engine oil capacity
whether it is within the specified range
of level gauge(between the upper and
lower line).
Check whether the engine start
speedily and then rolls smoothly.
Also, at engine starting, check
whether abnormal noise is or not at
idling status.

Erect the main stand, check whether the
cooling water in reserve tank is within
the specified range(between upper and
lower line).

The usage of excessively worn tire and tire having
improper air pressure may cause accident like turn-
over, result in death or serious damage.
●
Observe the air pressure shown on the user’s manual
and replace the excessively worn tire with the new one.
