3. Leave approximately 4 to 5 inches of the DC power and return cables end protruding from the ferrite.
4. Snap the ferrite bead shut.
Securing Power Cables
1. Bend the system power cables, as shown in the following illustration, and attach to the cable clasp.

2. Plug the other end of the power cables into a grounded electrical outlet or a separate power source such as an
uninterruptible power supply (UPS) or a power distribution unit (PDU).
