Removing the display back-cover and
antenna assembly

Prerequisites
1. Remove the base cover.
2. Remove the battery.
3. Remove the wireless card.
4. Remove the display assembly.
Procedure
1. Remove the display cable and touchscreen-board cable from the routing guide on the display hinge.
2. Using a plastic scribe, pry up the display back-cover and antenna assembly from the corner to release the tabs from the slots
on the display panel.
3. Lift the display back-cover and antenna assembly off the display panel.
4. Turn the display back-cover and antenna assembly over.
5. Remove the display hinges.
6. After performing all the above steps, you are left with the display back-cover and antenna assembly.
