TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
The electric zero turn
mower fails to drive when
the two steering levers
are pushed forward or
backward at the beginning.
Steering level icon blinks
◾
The combined Ah of the inserted batteries is less
than 15Ah.
◾
In order to start this mower, EGO batteries totaling
15Ah (2 X BA4200/BA4200T) or more are required.
For best performance, we recommend use of EGO
batteries that total 30Ah or more.
◾
The parking brake pedal is set in the braking
position.
◾
Fully depress the parking brake pedal to release it
from the braking position.
◾
The steering levers are not in the open position
when starting the mower.
◾
Return the steering levers to the open position and
restart the mower.
◾
The operator is not sitting on the seat.
◾
Only when the operator correctly sits on the seat, can
he operate the mower.
◾
The seat switch is not connected correctly.
◾
Remove the battery from the mower and disassemble
the seat in the reverse order of the instructions in
section "TO INSTALL THE SEAT" in this manual to
inspect the seat switch connection. Reassemble the
seat and follow the instructions in "STARTING THE
ELECTRIC ZERO TURN MOWER" to restart the mower
to see if the mower can be started. If not, contact a
qualied service technician for repair.
The electric zero turn
mower stops driving.

Steering levers require a “reset”.
◾
Return the steering levers to the open position and
restart the mower.
◾
The electric controlling components of the
steering levels are failed.
◾
Contact a qualied service technician for repair.
◾
The seat switch got disconnected during driving
on a rough terrain.
◾
Remove the battery from the mower and disassemble
the seat in the reverse order of the instructions in
section "TO INSTALL THE SEAT" in this manual to
inspect the seat switch connection. Reassemble the
seat and follow the instructions in "STARTING THE
ELECTRIC ZERO TURN MOWER" to restart the mower
to see if the mower can be started. If not, contact a
qualied service technician for repair.
The driving speed/driving
mode cannot be adjusted
during driving.
◾
This is a feature of the electric zero turn mower
for safe driving.
◾
The function will activiate only when the mower
wheels are stopped and the steering levers are open.

The combined Ah of the inserted batteries is less
than 15Ah.
◾
The PTO switch is not pushed down when the
mower is stopped last time.
◾
In order to start this mower, EGO batteries totaling
15Ah (2 X BA4200/BA4200T) or more are required.
For best performance, we recommend use of EGO
batteries that total 30Ah or more.
◾
Push the PTO switch downward and restart the
mower’s blades.
◾
The mower is overloaded at the moment the
blades starting, resulting in motor self-protection.
◾
Start the mower grass cutting in lower blade speed
rst and until the blades are getting successed
rotation, do not accelerate the blade speed as needed.
