Important! Empty the generator every day. Close the drain valve before starting!
Descaling Menu and Gourmet
Descaling should be carried
out when the LED in
the symbol "Descaling"
is on or at appropriate,
regular intervals.
Empty the steam generator by opening
the drain valve.
When the water level in the steam
generator has fallen below the safety
level the time display flashes FILL.
NOTE.
The water in the steam generator can be
very hot if emptied directly after using
the oven.
Close the valve after approx.
0.5 min. when emptying has
taken place.
Water filling takes place.
Close Open

Remove the plug from the filling pipe.
Fill with descaling agent + water.
(See table, Descaling agent)
The buzzer stops during filling.

Press "Start"
The LED lights.
Let the agent act for at least
20 minutes.
Open the valve for emptying.

Press "On/Off"
The LED goes out.
Rinsing after descaling.
Close the drain valve. (Fig. 2)
Fill using clean water through the filling pipe. (Fig. 1)
Open the drain valve (Fig. 2) when the water starts to run out in the oven.
Repeat this procedure at least once.
Replace the plug in the filling pipe.
Rinse the inside of the oven after descaling.
Close the drain valve.

When "FILL" is dimmed
on the time display
the oven should be switched
off.
Press "On/Off"
The LED goes out.
