3.4 Troubleshooting
Diagnostics
During operation, the unit can generate two types of faults:
Type F They indicate the presence of a temporary fault. They are not indicated, but are recorded in the Service Menu
faults history. If a type F fault is not resolved independently according to specific safety criteria, it becomes a
type A fault.
Type A They indicate the presence of a blocking fault that requires user intervention to be resolved. They are indicated
by lighting up of the red LEDs, the appearance of a specific window on the screen, and by the presence of a
red dot on the main menu icon.
Unblocking the boiler with type A fault in progress
When a type A fault is present, the boiler can be unblocked in two ways:
1 - Touching [RESET] when a screen similar to that shown in fig. 34 appears.
2 - Touching the main menu icon and then [Boiler Reset] when a screen similar to that shown in fig. 35 (main
menu icon with red dot) appears.
