Answer a Call
1. Check the name and/or number on the display.
2. Press to answer the call.
3. Press to end the call.
Answer a Call Waiting Call
If the phone is in use and another call comes in, use this procedure to put the first
call on hold, answer the second call, and switch between callers.
1. Press to answer the new call. The first caller will be put on hold.
2. Check the display and press SWAP to switch between calls.
3. Press to end the call. The call on hold will become active. Press again to
end the active call.
Send Numbers During a Call
If, during a call, you need to send numbers (DTMF tones) to the network or to an
answering machine, use this procedure.
1. Press TONE to access the number entry display.
2. Use <– and –> to scroll to the desired number, then press OK to send the
number.
3. Repeat to send as many as needed.
4. Scroll to Done and press OK after all numbers have been sent.
