Replacing Consumables
Loading Toner

Ensure that the machine has stopped.
Then raise the document cover.

Open the toner cartridge panel cover.

Shake the toner cartridge well to load
toner smoothly.
Shake the toner cartridge about 20 times or more.

Attach the toner bottle to the toner
cartridge refill opening.
(1) Align the notch of the toner bottle with the right side of
the toner cartridge refill opening (1).
(2) Lower the left side of the toner bottle, and push the
toner bottle into the toner cartridge refill opening until it
clicks into place (2).

Slide the lever to the left, and align it
to the
position.
● When the following message appears on the touch screen, load toner or replace
the waste toner bottle.

Replace Waste Toner Bottle
1. Open the upper area
of the machine.
2. Open the machine left
cover and follow the label
to remove the
Waste Toner Bottle.
3. Close the machine left
cover then close the
upper area of the machine.
Load Toner
Add toner.
See the outside of cartridge
package for instructions.
Press C to stop copying.
