Settings
Changing the Audible Tones
1. Press and hold MENU.
2. Select Settings > System > Tones.
3. Turn the
tones for keys and
messages on or off.
Changing the Backlight
1. Press and hold MENU.
2. Select Settings > System >
Display.
3. Change the settings:
Select Backlight Timeout to
change the amount of time the
backlight stays on.
TIP: Use a short backlight
setting to conserve battery
power.
Select Backlight Level to
change the brightness.
Select Contrast to change the
level of screen contrast.
