7.6.1 Clean the instrument externally
Maintenance interval
Clean the the instrument externally when required. Do not allow spilled liquid to dry on
the instrument.
Required material
The following materials are required:

Cloth
•
Mild cleaning agent or 20% ethanol
Instruction
Follow the instructions to clean the instrument externally.

Check that no run is in progress.1
Switch off the instrument.2
Wipe the surface with a damp cloth. Wipe off stains using a mild cleaning
agent or 20% ethanol. Wipe off any excess.
