7.3.1 User parameters screen
This screen allows the user to modify some parameters permitting to adapt some functions of the
UPS to his/her needs, described as follows.
This screen can be accessed by entering MENU/PARAMETER
MENU/LEVEL 1: U
SER and confirming with the key Enter.

In PARAMETER MENU the buttons + / - / Enter perform the following functions:
+ This key allows to scroll forward to the next screen and, once the key Enter has been
pressed, to move the horizontal selection to the next editable position.
- This key allows to move the selection to the next parameter and, once the key Enter has
been pressed, to change the value of the selected character by the underscore cursor.
Enter Start the editing for the currently selected parameter.
1. Date set-up
DATE (D M Y)

1. Date set-up.(D = Day M = Month Y = Year).
3. Date: the set value is thoroughly checked to be a correct
format “dd.mm.yyyy”.
2. Time set-up
TIME (H M S)

1. Time set-up.(H = Hours M = Minutes Y = Seconds).
3. Time: the set value is thoroughly checked to be a correct
format “hh.mm.ss”.
The time is specified in 24 hour format.
3. Choose language
LCD Language
ENGLISH
1. Choose LCD language.
2. Language: this parameter allows the choice of language
(English or Chinise) used to display the
information.
Changing the language from Chinese to
English and vice versa is possible in any
moment by pressing simultaneously the
METERING and ALARMS keys.
4. Choose UPS name
UPS Name

1. Choose UPS name.
2. UPS name: the user can choice the name of the UPS
model showed on the main page (11 digits).
5. Modem enable / disable
Modem Enabled
NO
1. Modem Enabled / Disable.
2. Y: enables or NO: disables the modem call.
6. Modem init string
