4 RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PURCHASER/CUSTOMER
To ensure that the installation of an Innova Cardio System meets the purchaser or customer
expectations, it is important to determine who will take responsibility for the various items during the
system installation process. To help you in determining these responsibilities, review the following
checklists with the customer and assign responsibilities as appropriate:
Tool and Test Equipment (Chapter 7, Section 3 of this document)
Pre–Installation Checklist (Chapter 7, Section 6 of this document)
Contract Changes
Be sure to inform the customer that the cost of any alteration or modification not specified in the sales
contract are liable to the customer.
