Follow these steps before contacting Gendex for additional support.
1. Verify all electrical connections, including the plug connections between
the Articulated Arm and the Horizontal Arm, are good.
Note! Poor connections can occur when dressing the cables up into the Horizontal
Arm.
2. Verify the assembly of the equipment is correct.
