On the front and rear corners of the stove
hopper there are holes to fasten the hopper
extension into place. On some units, this hole
will need to be opened. You will notice a small
uncut area on rear of the knockout. Push
downward with a screwdriver or like tool until
the knockout is rotated as far back to the
inside of the hopper as possible. This will
allow the swell latch of the hopper extension
to fully expand to the bottom side of the hole
for a proper seal.
