AFTER-SALES SERVICES
CALL YOUR SALES AGENT IMMEDIATELY IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS OCCUR
If the unit still fails to operate normally after making the inspections in the Troubleshooting section, close the
water heater shutoff valve and turn off the breaker before calling your sales agent.
Inform your agent of the model of your unit, production number, date of installation. Please also inform him
regarding the defect phemomena.
Symptoms
O Breakers trip and fuses blow frequently.
O If foreign matter or water has was accidentally introduced into the interior of the unit.
O Cables are hot or the wire coating is damaged.
O The control panel displays the following error codes:
EO ** is blinking (the tank unit is not operating normally)
E1** is blinking (the outdoor unit is not operating normally)
*In the event of an outdoor unit failure (E1** is blinking) emergency operation can be used for a limited time
(Refer to page 19)
O There is water in the leak water receiver in the hot-water tank.
The heat exchanger in the hot-water tank has failed.
O Water is leaking from the tank or from pipes (The hot water tank unit is not operating normally.)
O Water output is poor (The outdoor unit is not operating normally.)
The strainer in the pressure reducing valves for water works has become clogged.
NOTE:
Heating operation start, particularly when the room light is dimmed, a sight brightness uctuation may occur.
This is of no consequence. The conditions of the local power supply companies are to be observed.
