6. ROTO-STOP CABLE
VYA TYPE ONLY
REMOVAL
1. Cut the three cable ties securing the Roto-Stop cable to
the handle pipe.
2. Loosen the lock nut and turn the adjuster in the direction
shown until it is fully seated.
3. Remove the blade control lever.
 Push the blade control lever in the direction shown
and remove it from the left side handle pipe.
 Push the blade control lever in the direction shown
and remove the blade control lever spring from the
blade control lever.
 Push the blade control lever in the direction shown
and remove it from the Roto-Stop control assembly.
4. Remove the 6 x 65 mm flange bolt, 6 mm lock-nut, 6 mm
plain washer, and the Roto-Stop control assembly from
the handle pipe.
5. Remove the spacer from the Roto-Stop control
assembly.
6. Remove the blade control lever return spring.
7. Remove the four self-tapping screws and carefully
separate the Roto-Stop right case from the left case.
Be careful not to lose the lever return spring. Remove
the lever return spring.
