2. To preview what happens when the upgrade from the EVA Agent (legacy) to
the EVA SMI-S Agent is run on the Cell Manager, run:
upgrade_cm_from_evaa -preview
This command displays a list of actions that will be taken when the upgrade is
run but it does not update the EVADB entries.
