4. Align the rear tie-down with the holes on the rear caster plate.
5. Insert the four spring clips, and then partially tighten four bolts with washers, securing the rear tie-down to the rear caster
plate.
6. Tighten the bolts from steps 3 and 5.
7. Secure the rack to the floor.
Securing the rack to the floor
The following illustration indicates where to drill the holes to secure the rack to the floor. The distances are measured from the
holes on the tie-downs. Have your building structural engineer drill the holes. After your holes have been drilled, insert a bolt
with a washer into each hole to secure the rack to the floor.
