3.4.4 I cannot install an application. Why? What can I do?
Possible causes and solutions are as follow:

The .apk file is corrupted. To solve this problem, contact the APK provider.

The application has already been installed. To solve this problem, uninstall and reinstall
the application.

The phone's storage space is insufficient. To solve this problem, delete unnecessary files
or uninstall some applications.
3.5 Third-party applications
3.5.1 Common errors and possible reasons
Third-party applications may sometimes respond slowly, report error information, or
unexpected end. Possible reasons are:

Your phone does not have sufficient storage space. If so, applications may fail to run
properly or your phone may fail to power on. Delete some applications or files when
prompted to free up some space.

The third-party applications are saved to the microSD card. Because the microSD card is
an external storage device, it takes much more time for your phone to read data from a
microSD card.

The CPU is highly occupied. For example, your phone may run slowly when your phone
is synchronizing contacts.

The third-party applications have design flaws.
