1.3 Inaccurate power didplay?
Please restart the phone or restore the factory settings after backing up important data.
If the problem still exist, please contact customer service or carry your purchase invoice
overhaul access to service outlets.
1.4 Battery is not charging properly?

If the battery is completely discharged, please connect the charger, wait five minutes
later to see if the return to normal.

Please use a standard charger. If it still fails after you use a standard charger, please
re-plug the USB cable, replace the power strip or restart the phone and try again.

The phone may not charge properly at temperatures too high.
Huawei cell phone has a unique thermal protection design, the phone will stop
charging under the higher temperatures.
We do not recommend charging when you are playing games, watching video, Internet
and other large-power operation.

If you are using a mobile power charging, please note that the output current to match
the size of the phone. For example: standard charger output current mobile phone use
is 1A, if the mobile power output is less than or greater than 1A may cause charging
failure. If charging still fails, use standard phone data cable mobile power and try
again.
If the problem still exist, please contact customer service or carry your purchase invoice overhaul access to service
outlets.
1.5 How to maintain the cell phone batteries？

If you don’t use the battery for more than six months, will decrease rapidly, so
please do not idle it for an extended period.

Try to use original charger to charge the battery.

Do not wait until the low battery condition and then charge the battery, try to charge it
before the low battery to extend battery life.

Do not use the phone while it is charging.

After the battery is fully charged, please disconnect the charger, the charging time is
too long may damage the battery and charger life.

Do not place the battery at low temperature, high temperature, or temperature
changes in the environment, there is damage to the battery life.
