6.5 To remove and install the center console
1. Remove the body. Refer to

the body on page 20
.
2. Remove the upper chassis. Refer to
To remove and
install the upper chassis on page 20
.
3. Disconnect 1 HMI cable, 2 sensor cables, 1 buzzer
cable and 1 cable to the COM board from the HMI
circuit board.
4. Remove the 4 screws from the bottom of the upper
chassis.
5. Only for 520/550/550H, remove the 3 screws on the
top of the upper chassis.
6. Carefully lift the center console.
7. Install in opposite sequence.
6.6 To replace the top cover 430X/430XH/
450X/450XH/520/550/550H
1. Remove the body. Refer to
To remove and install
the body on page 20
.
2. To remove the top cover:
a) For models 430X/450X/430XH/450XH: Remove
the 8 screws that hold the top cover to the body.
b) For models 520/550/550H: Remove the 10
screws that hold the top cover to the body.
3. Remove the clips from the bottom of the body and
pull the top cover out.
