NOTE: "RX SENSITIVITY" MUST BE adjusted before "SQUELCH." Otherwise, "SQUELCH" is NOT adjusted
properly. Still more, when "RX SENSITIVITY" is adjusted, "SQUELCH." MUST BE re-adjusted too.
