[SOURce:]APPLy
This command is used to set the voltage and current values of a certain
channel. It equals to the combination of instructions below.

VOLT <nr2>
CURR <nr3>
Command syntax
[SOURce:]APPLy <nr1>, <nr2>, <nr3>
Arguments 1:
CH1|CH2|CH3
Optional parameter 2:
num|MIN|MAX|UP|DOWN|DEF

<volt>, <curr>
Note: When there is no default parameter, current value will not be changed.
