⚫ Pset=50.0W: constant power of CP Mode.

⚫ CF=1.414: crest factor. It cannot be edited.

⚫ PF=1.000: power factor, -1.000 to 1.000.

5. Press [Enter] to confirm.

6. Press [On] to enable load input. Loading will be started and the current will

sink.

4.3 DC Load Function

IT8600 electronic load can simulate the DC electronic load function according to

the setting. The user can select the present load function in the system menu.

When “Mode Select” is set as “DC”, the present load function of the electronic

load is in the DC mode.

IT8600 electronic load can be operated in the following four modes:

⚫ Constant current mode (CC)

⚫ Constant voltage mode (CV) (Only for IT8615/IT8615L)

⚫ Constant register mode (CR)

⚫ Constant power mode (CP)

4.3.1 Constant Current Mode (CC)

In this mode, the electronic load will sink a constant current in accordance with

the programmed value regardless of the input voltage. See figure 3-4.
