Pressing the button turns on/off Dual Zone.
To select a different source (main source) to
listen to through the speakers
• By using the touch panel, you can operate the
newly selected source without affecting Dual Zone
(Disc) operations.
• You cannot select “
USB/iPod
” for the main
source.
Dual Zone operations (Only for KW-AVX830)
You can enjoy disc playback on the external monitor connected to the VIDEO OUT and 2nd AUDIO OUT jacks, while
listening to any source other than “
USB/iPod
” through the speakers.
• When Dual Zone is in use, you can only operate the DVD/CD player using the remote controller ( 52).

Displaying the picture —
Dual play
When Dual Zone is in use, you can display the picture in
the disc while any source other than “
DISC
”, “
USB
”, or
“
iPod
” is selected.
To display the picture
You can use the Dual play function only when the
parking brake is engaged.
Press DISP repeatedly until the Dual play screen is
displayed.
• Dual play cannot be used when there is no picture
data in the disc.
To change the aspect ratio, 30.
To adjust the picture, 30.
