Rear sealing strip
! Unscrew the fastening of the
sealing strip
! Screw on a new sealing strip and
don’t tighten the screws yet
! Align the sealing strip
! Adjust the ground clearance of the
sealing strip such that there is a
spacing of 5-10 mm toward the
back
! Tighten the screws
! Screw on covers
! Insert the swept material container
Mount the steering wheel
Align wheels in the direction of travel.
Insert the steering wheel until it rests
on the end of the steering shaft.
! Slide on the flat washer with the
arched side facing up
! Fasten the steering wheel with the
enclosed screw (25 mm long, with
adhesive coating) (spanner SW 13)
Place on the cover.
Mount the driver’s seat
! Slide the driver’s seat to the
desired position
! Tighten down the driver’s seat
Guide the connecting cable from the
seat contact switch through the notch.
Plug-in the connecting cable to the
seat contact switch.
Check the seat contact (for its
safety function)
Sit on the driver’s seat, raise the main
brush, and press the brake.
♦ Machine should start!
Let down the main brush
♦ Machine must not switch off!
Leave the driver’s seat.
♦ Machine must switch off
Install the trailer hitch
! Fasten the carrier coupling with two
screws, spring rings and nuts
Note:
♦ Trailing load max. 120 kg
♦ Fifthwheel load max. 20 kg
♦ Slope max. 5 %
Commission the battery
Always heed safety precautions for
handling batteries!
Unscrew cellular seals.
! Fill up battery chamber with
enclosed battery acid up to MAX
! Refill battery acid as necessary
! Screw in cellular seals
