® Position the Needle for Topstitching
The needle can be positioned to the left, center and
right.

To position the needle to the left:
You can move the needle to any position desired by
pressing stitch width control button.
W 0.0 on screen _sfor _eft needle position.

To position the needle at the center:
You can move the needle to any position desired by
pressing stitch width controt button.
W 3.5 on screen is for center needle posttiono

To position the needle to the right:
You can move the needle to any position desired by
pressing stitch width control button.
W 7.0 on screen is for rightneedle position,
NOTE: Left or right needle position Js recommended for stitching edge of the fabric.
Besides the normal straight stitch method of topstitehing, this machine does other
types of topstJtching that are better for knits or produce a more elaborate decorative
effect.
Always use zigzag foot A for teft and right needle position.
Do not use straight stitch foot H.
