Use this stitch to join two pieces of fabric to
create an open work appearance and add
design interest.

Fold under each fabric edge t/2" and
press,
Pin the two edges to paper or tearaway
backing 1/8" apart.
Sew slowly, guiding the fabric so the
needle catches the folded edge on each
side,
Helpful Hint
You may want to set the stitch width on
"'7.0" for maximum effect.
