MAKE PREPARATIONS FOR
ATTACHING IMPLEMENT
SELECTING THE TOP LINK MOUNT-
ING HOLES
Select the proper set of holes to give
you the proper lift of the implement you
are using. This requires some experi-
ment- action to achieve proper lift. Re-
move the clip pin, then the bolt, move
to chosen hole, replace pin and clip.

Remove the drawbar if close mounted
implement is being attached.

z Be sure to stop the engine.

z Do not stand between tractor
and implement unless parking
brake is applied.

z Before attaching or detaching
implement, locate the tractor
and implement on a firm level
surface.

z Whenever an implement or
other attachment is connected to
the tractor 3-point hitch, check
full range of operation for
interference, binding or PTO
separation.
