HOW TO OPEN THE HOOD
HOOD
(1) Knob (A)Pull (1) Side Cover (2) Hook

SIDE COVER
To open the tractor hood, pull down on
the knob.
To remove the side covers, raise hood
and locate the holding clips on each
end of side panels. Raise the hooks
and pull back on the panel top. Lift up
to remove. To reinstall, reverse the
steps.
It is not necessary to remove the side
cover to perform daily checks on your
tractor.

Never open the hood or engine
side cover while the engine is
running.

Do not touch muffler or exhaust
pipes while they are hot; severe
burns could result.
