13 SERVICE WORK ON THE CHASSIS 106

– Unlock the steering and move the vehicle forward with both hands on the handlebar.

– While the vehicle tips off of the center stand, activate the front brake to stop the vehi-

cle from rolling away.

– Check that the center stand is folded all the way up.

13.3 Removing the seat

–

Insert the ignition key in seat lock

and turn it clockwise by 45°.

– Lift up the seat at the rear, pull it back, and lift off.

– Remove the ignition key.
