Use electric starter
to see if there is
compression.

Clean filter element
and fuel tank.
Check fuel flow.

Clean fuel valve.
Turn the fuel
valve to "OFF".
Turn the fuel
valve to "RES".

Restart engine.

Adjust plug gap or
