FAX Operations
Printing Communication Reports
You can set fax communication reports to check transmission/reception status.
Note To set reports, refer to Report on page 7-25.
When a fax communication error occurs, an error code will be indicated on the report. For information on error
codes, refer to FAX Error Code List on page 9-12.
Reports Description
Admin Rpt Set. Outgoing FAX
Rpt
This administration report is printed after every 50 fax transmissions.
Incoming FAX
Rpt
This administration report is printed after every 50 fax receptions.
Result Rpt
Set.
FAX RX Result Each time you receive a fax, you can print a report to confirm whether the fax
was received successfully. You can also have the report printed only when an
error occurs.
FAX TX Result Each time you send a fax, you can print a report to confirm whether the fax was
sent successfully. You can also print the transmitted image in the send result
report.* You can also have the report printed only when an error occurs.
* Only when sending in the memory transmission mode.
