1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Professional coee Preparing an espresso requires a lot of knowledge and experience: with the capsule system this is possible,
as anyone is able to prepare a true espresso coee in a professional manner. The capsule is compressed between two thin
paper lters that do not leave ground coee and/or other impuries in the cup. The capsule, packaged in pressurized nitrogen
bags, allows you to always have fresh coee, with unchanged aroma and fragrance. Compared to tradional coee beans, the
capsule system saves up to 15% coee powder. Cleanliness and hygiene are assured, in addion to an obvious respect for
the environment. Maintenance of the machine is reduced to a minimum. This machine, once turned on takes only a minute of
warm-up before release, and also consumes only a few was, as opposed to tradional bar espresso machines, which require
several hours of warm-up. All this results in considerable energy savings of about 60%!! This machine is one of a kind, able to
very easily use every kind of coee, since it does not require the use of complicated accessories, such as grinders and others.
The coee machine is intended for the preparaon of espresso coee using compable capsules. This Manual is intended
to provide the customer with all informaon required for installaon, maintenance and extreme care. In case of doubt as to
the correct interpretaon of the instrucons, contact the retailer for claricaon. The Owner’s Manual should be kept in the
immediate vicinity of the machine. Keep the manual protected from moisture and heat, so as to not aect the quality of the
document and readability in all its parts.
